Delivery terms

DELIVERY
Orders are delivered domestically as a Posti letter or Parcel. In the Kerava area, orders are delivered directly to the mailbox or doorstep twice a week. 

DELIVERY COSTS
We add a delivery cost of €2.90 to the price of the products. For the Kerava area, there are no delivery costs; delivery is included in the product price. 

DELIVERY TIME
We aim to dispatch products within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. If the delivery of products is significantly delayed, we will contact you.


RETURNS
Products have a 14-day return policy in accordance with consumer protection law. Returns must be notified within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of return only applies to unused products whose packaging has not been opened. Returns of faultless products are at the customer's expense. We do not refund postage fees. 

Notify returns by email at fromnordicnature@gmail.com. Provide your contact information, order number, bank details, and the reason for the return in the email. 


If the product has been lost during transport, damaged, or you have been delivered the wrong product, notify the error immediately to: fromnordicnature@gmail.com

Notification of an incorrect delivery or a defective product must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
