Payment and return conditions

Bank payments:
You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy will appear as the payee on your bank statement, which will forward the payment to From Nordic Naturelle. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
 
Credit card payments:
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard – and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode – and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Checkout will appear as the payee on your card statement and will forward the customer's card payment directly to From Nordic Naturelle. Card payments are made securely using a protected payment form, and credit card information is not stored in the online store's systems.

Mobile payments:

Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay, and Siirto are in-app services that allow you to pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by approving the payment in the respective app. Pivo also supports Siirto payments, allowing you to approve the payment in any app that supports Siirto.

Return policy: In case of returns, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the order (not, for example, as a bank transfer).
